Our divisional BU P&C partners report directly to our General Manager of People & Culture Business Partnering, and these roles are responsible for partnering with our Business Unit (BU) Leadership teams to deliver our people strategy and tailored solutions needed within the business.

This role would be suited for someone who is currently operating at a Senior P&C Business Partner level and thrives on being empowered to deliver outcomes within business unit leadership teams.

The role would ideally be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

In this role you will work between your BU leadership team and P&C function to deliver a range of services including:  

  • People strategy – deliver our P&C strategy within business by tailoring solutions to align with specific business priorities where needed.
  • Service delivery – ensure effective people solutions are provided to the leaders and teams including P&C lifecycle services (e.g. talent, performance, remuneration, engagement). 
  • Transformation – Lead and embed people priorities associated from key programs of work including organisational design and change implementation.  
  • P&C roadmap – Support implementation and embedding of our Financial Year People & Culture roadmap within divisions.
  • BU specific needs – Define P&C opportunities within divisions (e.g. leadership, talent and engagement focus areas) and work closely with our P&C specialist teams to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose.

 Skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Experience as a Senior P&C Business partner supporting business unit leadership teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a Business-related discipline
  • Effective leadership, influencing and decision-making skills.  
  • significant experience across complex programs of work involving organisational design
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
