Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Key Responsibilities Exhibit a proactive and responsive customer service approach and form positive relationships with client. Liaise and co-ordinate with team member their responsibilities based on their skills and capabilities ensuring quality and efficiency of project works is maintained. Monitor and deliver projects in line with scope, quality and safety requirements. Establish and maintain short/long range schedules and forecasts including all resources, material and personnel Collaborate and communicate with key sub-contracting partners and team members to improve delivery and enabling them to carry out their duties effectively. Direct daily activities and training of team members Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for project and long term opportunities Responsible for project quotes, quality, safety and financials. Oversee and manage of Greenfield and upgrade sites Effectively guide teams to foster teamwork and unity, providing a supportive and productive workplace Provide operational leadership to all staff including rigging and technical resources Adherence to all company policies and procedures About You To be successful for this role, you have: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients Outstanding planning and project management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad range of stakeholders High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition Working knowledge on 3G, 4G, 5G wireless Technologies for Optus/Telstra/NBN/TPG. Commercial and financial acumen Demonstrable track record of leading the required functions and achieving results. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Degree qualifications in Engineering, or Project Management or Similar.
