Facility Manager - Aged Care - West Brisbane
The role of Facility Manager carries responsibility for the oversight of the day-to-day operations and the provision of care services across the Aged Care facility.

About You
We are looking for a strong and experienced Aged Care Manager who has expert people management and leadership skills.
- At least 2 years' experience in the Aged Care Industry working in a Facility Manager role
- We'll also consider a Clinical Manager with solid tenure and more than 5+ years' experience as a CM who has stepped into an FM role up to cover leave
- A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
- Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents
