Are you ready to take a pivotal role in supporting world-class training? As a Course Coordinator in the School of Navigation Warfare, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of essential training programs, coordinating with instructors, managing resources, and driving quality in a collaborative setting. Your work will contribute to the Royal Australian Navy's operational excellence.
As a Course Coordinator, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Coordinating and updating course programs and the Navy Training Plan
- Managing student assessments and trainee progress in compliance with standards
- Supporting instructors with resources and individual training plans
- Ensuring the quality of course delivery and collecting feedback for improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to allocate training resources effectively

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- The ability to achieve and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 or higher
- Proficiency in Office tools and strong organisational skills
- High-level written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of RAN training policy and processes
- Experience in personnel and resource management
- A collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills
- Desirable qualifications include familiarity with Defence training systems like PMKeyS and credentials in training, assessment, or education.
