Your Opportunity

RASA is about to embark on a strategically important project to build a new Client Information and Case Management Solution leveraging Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.
As the QA & Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts
  • Identify, log, and track defects
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Mentor and guide the testing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies and tools
  • Work closely with the project manager and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong experience in software testing methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail, X-ray)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with testing applications build on top of Salesforce, especially on Non-Profit Cloud,
  • Proven experience in Data Migration test planning and testing
  • Strong experience in designing and leading User Acceptance Testing with business users.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in developing automated test suites for Salesforce solutions is an added advantage
