Senior Quality Assurance and Test Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Test Lead to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementation. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies, collaborate with development teams, and mentor and guide the testing team.
About the RoleThis is a fixed-term contract position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables on a strategically important project to build a new Client Information and Case Management Solution leveraging Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide the testing team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies and tools to ensure our testing practices are best-in-class.
- Work closely with the project manager and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail, X-ray).
- Strong experience in testing applications build on top of Salesforce, especially on Non-Profit Cloud.
- Proven experience in Data Migration test planning and testing.
- Strong experience in designing and leading User Acceptance Testing with business users.
- Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
