Company Overview: Join a dynamic and rapidly growing company as a Temporary Customer Service Officer. Our client is an Australian leader 

Note: this role is a 6-week temporary assignment
 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process incoming orders from customers/clients via phone and email.
  • Provide timely updates on the current order status and estimated times of arrival.
  • Handle credit returns with precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Cultivate and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Manage and update the database effectively.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, preferably within a similar environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous learning and professional development.
