The Centre of Financial Excellence (COFE) is a service responsible for ensuring financial processes and reporting are standardised, controlled and efficiently executed across the Group. As part of the COFE the Supervisor Payroll Accounting & Corporate Cards is responsible for performing professional account work which may involves administration, compilation, consolidation, reconciliation, forecasting, reporting across key areas of business and analysis of financial data.

In addition, you will develop and maintain process flows and control documentation for assigned operation areas. This role will allow you to identify and implement improvements to efficiency of procedures, quality and relevance of information produced.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or finance discipline with 3-5 years’ experience
  • General understanding and familiarity with Financial Systems (Oracle R12)
  • Advanced level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage priorities to meet changing demands
  • Independent, dynamic and motivated team member who is a real team player
  • Results orientated with the ability to be flexible in a changing environment
  • Ability to manage team through coaching and motivating staff
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to grasp complex issues and communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach
