Payroll and Accounts Officer - Part-time Hours

White Fox Boutique, a renowned fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts Officer to join our team in Rosebery. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing accounts receivable and payable, and performing general administrative duties.

This part-time role involves working approximately 3 days per week, onsite. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in payroll and accounts, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and fortnightly end-to-end payroll for all employees using Heropay.
  • Interpret and apply employment-related agreements and awards, policies, and procedures to payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure all invoices and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process super monthly through clearing house.
  • Manage year-end closing.
  • Manage workers' compensation.
  • Perform ad-hoc project and administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Solid payroll experience with knowledge of award interpretation.
  • Experienced using Heropay.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Honesty, integrity, and discretion.
