Place Sunnybank has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate candidate to join their fun and supportive office in the Reception and Customer Care role. Working in the customer service team, you will play a crucial part in the front-of-house operations and provide high-end customer support to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
  • Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
  • Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;
  • Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction;
  • Professional presentation; and
  • High attention to detail.

What we are looking for
 

  • No previous administration or reception experience is required, but is desirable;
  • Available to work full-time hours;
  • Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
  • Experience using Office 365 is necessary;
  • Professional presentation; and
  • The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
