**FIRE Station Manager**

You are the FIRE Station Manager and as such you are the leader of your FIRE Station team(s). You are directly responsible for managing all areas of the FIRE Station and its staff.

**Main Duties**:

- Lead, motivate and manage all team members in line with the FIRE leadership philosophy, performance map and game plan
- Attend operational meetings / training from time to time and as requested by line manager or other senior
- Prepare and present monthly report as required by line manager
- Manage & control costs in line with budgets

**Sales & Revenues**
- Membership sales & revenue targets
- Personal Training target
- Package sales & consumption target
- F&B Nutrition Sales target
- FIRE Trial conversion target

**Managing, executing the FIRE sales & revenue performance through service cycle to a high level of success**:
**FIRE Sales Process**:

- Ensuring that the FIRE Sales through service process is strictly followed by the team of FIRE Starters and that this process is executed to a high standard.
- Tracking and reporting of results to expectations - Manage, follow up and convert leads in line with expectations
- Lead by example and conduct take over tours and sales opportunities as appropriate 2 FIRE FIT
- Engage and up-sell FIRE Fans for additional revenue opportunities e.g. birthday parties, nutrition PT etc.
- Set & manage daily goals to generate leads & trials with the FIRE Starters
- To manage the daily scoreboard and communicate these results.
- To proactively manage the renewal of FIRE Fans
- To be proactive and contact those fans who have not trained with us for more than 2 weeks.

**FIRE Fans - Engagement / Attendance / Retention**:

- Class scheduling: optimisation, holiday covers
- Class attendance targets
- Class optimization
- Class launches / events

**Personal Training**
- PT session targets monthly
- Set goals with the PT’s to help them achieve greater success personally and professionally.

**Maintenance**:

- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the entire station
- Ensuring that all aspects of the station hardware and software are fully functional and well presented
- Ensure routine basic servicing of equipment
- Work with F&B staff and management to coordinate operational hours, opening hours and sharing of reception areas.
- Create an operating procedure that allows for smooth running of class and workout check in’s as well as servicing of F&B customers.
- Ensure both the FIRE Starter team and the F&B team work seamlessly together.
- Coordinate with F&B team as needed to ensure successful execution of planned events

**FIRE Team Management**:

- Always ensure that the station has adequate staff to cover all duties, per FIRE starter budget. Always be on the look-out for a talent
- Manage team to a roster, taking into account public holidays, shift covers, annual leave and as a priority the station's operational requirements.
- Compile accurate monthly individual trainer commission reports and thoroughly check these reports to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and administer policies, procedures as required - always engage HR when support is required
- Assist and induct new FIRE Trainers.
- Set regular 1:1 and team meetings / training to support performance map and game plan objectives
