We are seeking a Manager, Business Partners to join our Licensing Operations team in our Sydney office. This role is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Senior Manager, Licensing Operations.

As the Manager, Business Partners, you’ll lead a dedicated team focused on building positive customer relationships across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, fitness, and media. Your team of Business Partners will ensure reporting obligations are met and use reported data to generate accurate invoicing, ultimately resulting in royalty payments to APRA AMCOS members and affiliates.

What we are looking for:

  • Leadership:  You have experience leading a team to achieve objectives, KPIs and targets. A natural planner you will be clear in task assignment and have strong communication skills when providing training, coaching, and performance management to foster team engagement and growth.
  • Process Improvement: Reviewing and refining procedures will be essential for identifying potential areas of process improvement and enhanced outcomes while ensuring quality control measures remain effective.
  • Reporting Skills: Proficiency in tracking and reporting will keep Senior Management informed and an ability to translate key data points to meaningful analytics and performance measurement crucial.
  • Adaptability: Handle changing demands and ad-hoc requests with ease, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
  • Experience & Skills: Direct customer management experience is important and a background in accounts, invoice management or billing is preferred. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills is a must.
