**The gig?** It's 100% phone-based sales, where you will:

- Be promoting a business-operating solution to the motor mechanic trade, which helps them enjoy better lifestyles;
- Manage and convert the flow of warm leads;
- Conduct multiple "Discovery" calls a day, unearthing the reality of the prospects' business situation and priming them to join the Blue Toro Preferred Partner Programme;
- Meet or exceed weekly "meetings set" targets;
- Work closely in consultation with the team and industry partners to build an industry leading brand.
