About the role

This person will be part of the IT Services team, reporting to the CIO. Their responsibilities include ensuring compliance, managing risk, overseeing contracts, monitoring the IT budget, evaluating contract performance, and handling contract renewals.

Additionally, they will provide support to the IT Management team for management reporting and financial administration

Key responsibilities 

  • Procurement and contract administration: Manage relationships with vendors and facilitate the negotiation of contracts, ensuring contract renewals and other contracted dates are managed on time.
  • Monthly management and performance reporting: Prepare monthly management and performance reports for the IT team, and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Management, tracking and allocation of invoices: Work closely with the finance team to ensure all invoices are paid on time and track all IT-related invoices and expenditure against budget.
  • Risk management and compliance: Manage monthly risks reporting and track risk actions and compliance requirements.
  • General management support

  • We are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, not exclusively those with experience in reporting and contracts administration. For instance, we are open to individuals seeking to transition from related fields like accounting or service desk roles. 
  • Ability to interrogate a contract for key contract dates and our expectations of the contract. 
  • Proficiency in using various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards, preferably with PowerBI is desirable.
