Job Duties

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting back ground checks and onboarding new hires. Prepare, review, and take action on various employment letters such as LOA, appraisal forms, confirmations, promotions, transfers, memos, show cause notices, etc. Coordinate training programs (internal & external) and support employee development initiatives. Keep track and monitoring the HRDC account and claimable process. Support employee relations initiatives, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and regulations.

 Job Requirements

At least a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and office operations Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills Detail-oriented, independent and a fast learner Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Immediate availability is preferred and will be considered an advantage. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
