We are excited to be partnering with a leading Australian brand to find a driven and ambitious HR Officer to support their small HR team in North Sydney.

This is a hybrid working role that is perfect for someone with an HR Coordinator/Admin background who enjoys administration, being part of a strong culture, and working directly with an experienced HR Leader.

The Role

  • Recruitment, induction, and onboarding
  • Learning and development
  • Reward and recognition
  • Performance management cycle
  • Remuneration reviews
  • Regular reporting requirements and metrics, including leading the HR dashboard
  • Work health and safety and employee wellbeing programs
  • Workers compensation and return to work coordination
  • Intranet, system, and supplier maintenance
  • General administration and project support
  • Provide general HR advice to the business

About You

  • Degree in Human Resources or related
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a HR Administrative role
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of HR practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office
