Senior Service Review Officer

Become part of a dynamic, high performing Workers Compensation team environment Melbourne CBD location

We have an opportunity for a person who is passionate about the customer experience to join our dedicated and hardworking team. Utilising your initiative and problem solving skills to resolve service recovery opportunities, as a Senior Service Review Officer you will also assist our claims teams to provide exceptional service delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing the complaints to resolution within specified timelines and quality, and by engaging with key stakeholders throughout this process Participate in customer contact programs Manage a complaint quality review program Prepare both internal and external reports

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

experience working in the Workers Compensation scheme in Victoria preferred Experience in a direct customer service role Knowledge of MS Office products Pays high attention to detail completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and then taking responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
