**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager Evaluation and Review, the Evaluation and Review Officer supports the planning and conduct of evaluations and reviews to assess the capacity, capability and performance of the emergency management sector against intended community-focused outcomes and leading practice.

- demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting evaluation and review
- demonstrated research, analysis and report writing skills
- demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector would be an advantage
