About the Role

As the Team Manager of our Townsville Clinic, you’ll oversee a dedicated and growing team, reporting to the QLD State Manager. Supported by our regional Cairns and Mackay offices, you’ll manage a team that provides a comprehensive suite of Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services, including Pre-Employment Medicals and Injury Prevention. About You

  • Accreditation: Accredited health professional with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC registration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in workplace rehab, with expertise in either physical or psychological (vocational) consulting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, guiding your team towards shared goals.
