You’ll play a vital part in nurturing a welcoming community, enhancing residents' experiences through positive engagement and exceptional customer service. Operational success will be achieved through outstanding staff leadership and an individual alignment to Levande’s Values. 

Your Impact:

  • Oversee daily village operations, ensuring resident satisfaction remains consistently high.
  • Implement company policies and strategies to uphold community standards and Levande Values.
  • Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all residents, staff, volunteers and contractors
  • Work closely with the Development Team, to create a new, vibrant community
