Project Director | Senior Leadership Role with Partnership Potential

We are working with a respected client-side project management firm to find a Project Director to lead major construction projects. This senior role offers the potential for partnership and shareholding for the right candidate, providing a unique opportunity for career growth and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects across aged care, education, residential, commercial or Public Works sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Councils, town planners, quantity surveyors, architects, engineers, developers, owners, and building managers.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Drive business development and identify new project opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio.
  • Take on increased responsibility with the potential for partnership and shareholding in the future.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in client-side project management or related fields (e.g., development, preconstruction).
  • Proven ability to manage high-value, large-scale projects and deliver results.
  • Sales-driven
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to take on ownership and leadership responsibilities.
