About the role

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you'll provide excellent service to new and existing customers - supporting the branch to achieve targets through sales, bookings, advice and scheduling. This is not your average call centre position - you'll join a supportive and friendly team that values your positivity and commitment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with new and existing leads through outbound & inbound calls
  • Provide courteous and prompt service to all customer interactions
  • Strive to meet KPI's and objectives set for Customer Care Team
  • Timely and regular follow ups with customers & potential customers
  • Prompt escalation of issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority
  • Stay up to date to with the Flick Anticimex range of products and services 
  • Commitment to continual improvement processes - contribute to review processes within the branch
  • Contribute to a harmonious work environment, supporting the team through open communication
  • Minimise customer defections or losses through the provision of exceptional customer service
  • Other tasks and duties as needed

About you

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport quickly
  • Committed to supporting the team to achieve branch targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivated and organised with a vibrant, positive attitude and great phone manner
  • Committed to exceptional customer service and continual Improvement of service delivery
  • Understanding of the Hygiene and/or Pest Control Industry well regarded, but not essential
