Case Management Team Leader

About the role
The goal of the team leader is to support the case management team to deliver high quality individual service to each participant on the ALPA caseload. It will also support the CDP participants to improve their quality of life and access the opportunities available within the community. It is important that the team leader is focused on the development of local community members and delivering a high-quality service to them, while representing ALPA
This position is based in Gunbalanya, Northern Territory and will require for you to relocate here.
Desirable candidate will have….
Qualification in Community Services and/or relevant experience Strong leadership and coaching skills Experience working in a remote setting with vulnerable people Analytical thinker and goal orientated High level of communication, both written and verbal Work culturally appropriately with local staff members
