Job Description


We have an exciting opportunity for a Development and Education Coordinator to join our team in Sydney for 12-month fixed term contract. This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week. The purpose of the role is to lead, implement, support and report on BESIX Watpac’s Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinate, implement and report on the Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program (IIP) projects undertaken in NSW by BESIX Watpac. Consult and provide support to stakeholders involved in the program including State Government, staff, subcontractors, clients, and external facilitators. Implement training needs and initiatives to support nationally accredited outcomes. Manage, coordinate, support and attend internal workshops. Managing training and compliance outcomes in accordance with the Program. Consultation with key stakeholders to support training initiatives across the project. Maintain, implement and report on project outcomes.

Qualifications


The incumbent of this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

Prior experience in delivering and administering training requirements. Strong organisational and presentation skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Sound consultation skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
