About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Design & Build Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of industrial and commercial new build projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a mix of industrial and commercial new build projects between $20 M - $40 M.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Industrial and Commercial new build projects $20 M - $40 M.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
