Cath are currently seeking a Safety Coordinator based in Truganina in our Fulfillment Centre. As a Safety Coordinator, you will co-ordinate internal and external reporting requirements, manage return to work plans and work alongside the safety and operational leadership teams to drive and imbed a culture of safety within the Fulfillment Centre.

**What you'll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Safety Coordinator look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Undertake all internal and external reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and effective record management.
- Administration of reported and identified risks and hazards ensuring they are documented, investigated, actioned and escalated where applicable.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the workforce to support on managing hazards and issues.
- Accountable for building and influencing a strong team ethos that facilitates continuous improvement and the creation of a high performing culture.
- Be a great team player, ensuring there is a 'customer obsessed' mindset with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Have an active presence on the floor to support the leaders in driving a safety culture.
- Support the management and implementation of emergency response and building evacuations.
- Undertake site safety inductions as required.

**The Skills you'll have**
- Certificate IV in OHS
- Occupational, Health & Safety knowledge and experience
- Drivers License
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Coordinator role
- Demonstrated experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work within a team and under supervision
- Data Analysis and reporting experience
- Exposure to how to manage incidents and investigations
- Able to work at pace
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
