Our Lending Solutions Consultants are responsible for all aspects of internal & external customer satisfaction & retention via our Contact Centre channel.

The Lending Solutions Consultant will:

- Retain customers through outstanding service standards to our customers and work within their delegation
- Actively seek referral opportunities for cross sales
- Participate in the effective delivery of MyState advice strategy by delivering and maintaining on-going relationships with Customers.

The successful applicant will be a driven self-starter who is able to work as part of a team.
