About the Role

We are seeking experienced mortgage professionals to join our national network in Hobart on a full-time, permanent basis.

  • Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with top agents and lenders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth through effective strategy development and implementation.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending with a proven track record of success.
  • Certification in Mortgage Broking (Cert IV) or Diploma-level qualification.
  • A deep understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes.
  • Industry accreditation with a recognised body such as MFAA or FBAA.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
