**About the Early Childhood Outcomes Division**
The Early Childhood Outcomes Division leads the delivery of the Early Years Commitment program, including comprehensive investments in the critical first 5 years of life for every child - in child development and in early education and care, making investments that support families and the community now, as well as investing in long term reforms for the future. Key initiatives will include supporting families with young children to access the services they need to support their own prosperity and wellbeing, valuing and growing the early childhood education and care sector and investing in early childhood teachers and educators.
**About the Role**:
As the Manager you'll be able to mentor and grow a team in the Sector & Community Readiness team which is part of the ECO Reform Office.
The team provides expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management to engage the sector and community on program design and support them to adopt and embrace new service delivery models. The team will work closely with ECO Division workstreams to coordinate, monitor, plan and deliver consultation activities to streamline engagement across the early childhood education reform program.
**Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to**:
- oversee and coordinate program-wide planning activities for Sector & Community Readiness to drive the outcomes from the Early Years Commitment and other reforms.
- manage the governance and secretariat of advisory group engagements, including developing agendas, terms of reference, structure and memberships, to ensure effective planning and processes.
- manage and coordinate Sector & Community Readiness events with key stakeholder groups, including service providers and the community
- develop key relationships among internal and external stakeholders to ensure intentional and effective engagements for the division.?
- develop reporting for Sector & Community Readiness to enable an overarching view of?program-wide sector and community readiness activities, including workstream inter-dependencies. This includes developing new reports and maintaining current reporting.
