Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Engagement Manager to develop effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders including Jobs and Skills Councils, employers, unions, and education peaks;
  • Providing expert advice and specialist expertise across various activities including one on one engagement, focus groups, working groups, workshops, and digital engagement;
  • Driving stakeholder engagement initiatives, leading consultations and engagements;
  • Developing communications materials including reports, discussion guides, narratives, presentations, and other engagement aids;

Key Qualifications

We require an individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience in planning and executing consultation activities, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in stakeholder engagement and communications;
  • Security clearance is required;
