**The Role**
We're in search of an Account Executive who embodies our customer-centric ethos, possesses a strong grasp of technology, and is enthusiastically human in their client interactions. Joining our dynamic **#SoUnTelco** team in Sydney, NSW, you'll take charge of delivering solutions that not only meet but surpass our customers' expectations.
This is a hybrid role that will give you ownership of existing key client accounts as well as an opportunity to have greater impact and increase your commissions by bringing new business customers to the team.
**What you'll do**:
- Manage and nurture relationships with designated corporate customers.
- Ensure contract retention and engage in regular customer interactions.
- Implement established sales methodologies.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives.
- Focus on fostering customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Develop strategies to minimize losses and drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed targets for retention and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Drive strategic up and cross-selling initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales forecasts.
**Your ideal skills and experience**:
- Strong track ecord of excellence in technology or telecom sales/account management, showcasing your capability to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with adept negotiation abilities, enabling you to navigate complex interactions with C-level customers and contract management with ease.
- Strong accountability and a genuine passion for achieving targets and surpassing expectations, consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Adaptive learning mindset, fostering collaboration and equipped with problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and seize opportunities.
