About The Role
Join our Road Injuries practice as a lawyer based in our Bendigo office.
In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it.
The key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience supporting our clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
You will support file management and business development in other regional offices as needed.
The ideal candidate will have developed a strong understanding of Road, Work, or Personal Injuries Law.
Your drive, determination, and compassion for clients are essential.
The experience we are looking for:
2+ years of Post Admission Experience (PAE): You should have a solid foundation of legal practice and experience.
Specialised Experience in Personal Injuries: Experience working within a personal injuries environment, handling road, work, or public liability matters.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
Proactive File Management: Demonstrated experience in managing files proactively, handling cases efficiently, and anticipating potential issues.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to provide high-level client service and maintain positive client relationships.
