Are you an employment lawyer looking to join a respected, specialist team where your expertise will be recognised and nurtured?

We our proud to partner with a leading law firm dedicated exclusively to workplace relations and employment law. Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking 2–3 talented lawyers with a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in employment law.

About the Opportunity:

You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing practice that advises both employers and employees across the full spectrum of workplace relations, including:

  • Unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination, and bullying
  • Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations
  • Workplace investigations
  • Policy development, compliance, and training
  • Strategic advisory and litigation

Who We're Looking For:

We're open to lawyers across a range of experience levels, with the core requirement being at least 2 years of dedicated employment law experience. Whether you're still building your skills or are a seasoned associate or senior associate ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
