**About this opportunity**:
Critical Path / Production
- Work closely with Head of Production to ensure seasonal timelines are maintained according to company wide critical path, while seamlessly working on seasons at one time.
- Ensuring all risks to Production delivered to retail is mitigated and reduced.
- Raising and sending of accurate purchase orders to all suppliers in accordance with the final merchandise order file.
- Generate and distribute accurate barcode data to all suppliers against all purchase orders across all channels.
Design / Development
- Work closely with design and merchandising team to ensure quality products are delivered in line with the company expectations and parameters.
- Support all suppliers and the wider team to solve specific make, fabrication or construction queries.
- Assist the designers with setting up tech packs including BOM and tech CADS for the factories.
- Process lab dips, strike offs and submissions to factory
Garment Tech and Product
- Attend production fit sessions to monitor production progress.
- Provide a weekly update in Product Meeting to design and production departments on workflow.
- Request and track and monitor Pre-Production and Shipment Sample in line with critical path - key dates.
- Track Receipt and Approval of pre-production and shipment samples within acceptable timeframe. Distribute to relevant tech team members for processing
Logistics
- Liaise with Logistics on goods handed over to Freight Forwarder for movement to selected warehouse.
- Plan and communicate each season's schedule for SEA and AIR.
- In conjunction with logistics resolve any unforeseen overages or shortages on stock delivered from suppliers
**You will bring**:
Degree or equivalent accredited course in Fashion.
Minimum 1+ years' experience in Design, Fashion, Development or Production accredited training course.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
Thorough understanding of aspects of design and product development process.
Proactive interest in keeping at the forefront of the industry and bringing in best practise initiatives.
Experience in working with offshore vendors.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to react quickly to feedback and adjust planning and designs accordingly.
