You will be responsible for vehicle compliance, equipment coordination, and day-to-day support for our operators across NSW and beyond.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety, and love the challenge of balancing customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency, we would love to hear from you
What You'll DoOversee all aspects of vehicle compliance - registrations, servicing, inspections, and licensingSupport tow truck operators to remain compliant with policies, permits, and performance standardsCoordinate minor truck repairs, manage after-hours breakdowns, and maintain strong supplier and repairer relationshipsManage truck stock, equipment, and test & tag schedulesCollaborate with the operations team to ensure resources are in place to meet KPIs, contracts, and customer demandAssist with incident investigations, complaints, and resolution processesKeep fleet facilities safe, functional, and well-maintainedGenerate reports, process invoices, and maintain accurate fleet administrationAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring a mix of organisation, problem-solving, and people skills.
