Hawksworth have partnered with a major Financial to on-board a
**Project Co-ordinator.** This is a
**12 month contract** and will be based in
**Melbourne. Hybrid role.**

The coordinator supports Program & Project delivery and ensures effective usage of best practice project delivery methods, financial management of the program and data collation and analysis. This includes a focus on project and program governance & reporting.

**Experience**:

- 5-10 years' financial services preferable, experience in operations or

reporting roles
- Experience in Project Management Office environment, financial

management, resource, and operations management
- Worked with delivery focused teams

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen
- Understanding of enterprise level portfolio management and PMO

processes
- Excellent planning skills
- Relationship building skills with a strong focus on supporting internal

teams, clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at a Senior and Executive

level
