**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Controls Lead to play a pivotal role in managing the cost, schedule, and quality aspects of our expanding project pipeline. This role involves the creation and meticulous maintenance of project schedules and performance management baselines, ensuring total alignment with the relevant project teams.

The role will lead a high performance team in the provision of critical support activities such as establishing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data, and financial information as needed. This multifaceted role requires a keen focus on collaboration and precision to facilitate the seamless execution of projects.

The Project Controls Lead will also engage in the exploration and pursuit of continuous improvement opportunities, focused on enhancing and extending the capabilities of the Project Management Office (PMO).

**About you**

To be successful in this role and to best leverage opportunities that L3Harris will provide, some of the skills & qualifications ideal applicants will bring include;
- Senior-level scheduling experience across large-scale projects
- Project Management training or equivalent PMO experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in contemporary scheduling and EVMS toolsets (specifically MSP, OPP, Cobra)
- Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team
