Position Description: Senior Digital Executive
Role Summary:
Identified as our top performing executive cohort, the role supports the day-to-day implementation within the team and plays a critical role in the activation and deployment of digital media. You should have an understanding of the full end-to-end media mix with a craft specialism towards digital, technology, and platforms. You harness great project management and client servicing abilities across several clients or one major client. This role works closely with Digital Managers and is critical in supporting the accurate and timely delivery of campaign bookings, builds, optimizations, specs, deadlines, and reporting, ensuring workflows are seamless across the portfolio team.

Maintains a solid understanding of your client's business needs and macro context, translating this into media planning and activation across brand and performance, powered by measurement data and tech.
Responsible for media activation across all digital media from signed-off channel planning strategies, supporting media partner briefings, analyzing responses, providing feedback, and collaborating with the programmatic team to develop recommendations. You will own the activation process, managing specs, deadlines, and financial loadings.
Finds opportunities to build audiences and develops insights across the 4 Cs (Culture, Category, Consumer, and Competitive) to inform channel planning frameworks, supported by your director and managers.
Maintains a continuously developing knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including publishers, formats, buy types, tech, measurement, and data. Has a capable understanding across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
Acts as the engine of client delivery and project management, overseeing WIPs, reporting, and day-to-day operations, with feedback from media, clients, and peers.
Demonstrates good project management skills, understanding team processes and tools, and managing campaigns from sign-off to go-live and reporting.
Builds a trusted management style, supporting team members' skills development, and providing feedback to the Digital Director to improve team dynamics and workflow.
Manages role utilization across clients, proactively managing time and escalating flags as needed, with accurate timesheet recording.
Works to understand client servicing needs, providing clear communication and proactive management of timelines and projects.
Maintains connected relationships with media partners and publishers, demonstrating strength in engagement and visibility.
Supports commercial processes, including invoicing and handling
