Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Digital Executive with a passion for all things digital.
The roleIn this role, you, the Digital Executive will primarily be responsible for the planning, buying, implementation and digital performance of media activity on behalf of our client Tourism & Events Queensland, including Social and Search (focus) as well as direct IO Bookings and Programmatic.
Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will work closely together to ensure campaigns go to market as planned, and that delivery is in line with or exceeding booked parameters.
ResponsibilitiesCreate, implement, track, analyse and optimise paid advertising campaigns in Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest – with a key focus on Meta and Google.Deliver digital basics across Social: Online Video, BVOD, Social, Display and ProgrammaticSupport across media buying, reporting, checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis, final buys, and other reporting requirements.Manage budgets and spends with strong financial acumen; invoicing and reconciling best practices to ensure minimal errors and account queriesReporting and WIPs with the client – providing solutions and ideas, problem solving and making recommendationsOptimising campaigns, briefing specialist teams, finance and contributing to invoice management
A bit about youExposure to media partner relationships and product knowledge, with the ability to engage and adhere to dentsu QLD's Media Partner engagement approachProven experience in Meta and Google platformsStrong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelinesProficiency in building documentation, strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Digital ManagersProven track record for managing and processing media bookings accurately and timelyAbility to build meaningful connections with clients and team membersEqually important is a passion for Queensland and pride in the state
