Due to our team growth, we are looking for a Senior Digital Executive with a passion for digital including digital brand activation and biddable performance execution.

The role

In this role, the Senior Digital Executive will primarily be responsible for planning and implementing digital performance media activity on behalf of our clients across Search and Social (focus) as well as direct IO Bookings. The role involves working closely with your manager, working together to ensure campaigns go to market as they have been planned, and that delivery is in line with booked parameters.

Core responsibilities

• You will have a thorough understanding of the digital performance media landscape and a strong understanding of all aspects of media implementation and optimisation in regard to digital channels.
• You are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of key clients; you will work with internal and external stakeholders to activate, and measure campaigns across all digital channels (including search, social, display, video and direct IO).
• You have knowledge of the broader digital ecosystem (publishers, formats, buy types, tech, measurement, data) and have capable in-platform experience across all relevant biddable platforms (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
• You have had exposure to client servicing, working to understand the best working style and provide clear and succinct communications to clients demonstrating proactive view of managing timelines, projects, and day-to-day needs and WIPs.
• You have had exposure in digital reporting and are capable of pulling insights from platforms and providing analysis based on key optimisations and trends.
• You have strong financial acumen and have experience of managing budgets and spends as well as invoicing and reconciling best practice to ensure little to no errors and account queries.

A bit about you

• You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to dentsu QLD's Media Partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client.
• Proven experience in platforms of Meta and Search (Google and Microsoft) – minimum 3+ years across both platforms.
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines.
• Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Digital Managers.
• A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner.
