**Your new role**:
The role of the Platform Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery, governance and management of our B2B portals and Public facing website enabling better outcomes for our Members and Colleagues. The role will oversee and manage multiple teams of dedicated, likeminded technical delivery experts ensuring business value is maximised whilst upholding our 'Member First' principles.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- Play an active and supporting role to the Platform Business Product Owner as part of demand management, promoting early engagement with not only your squads but also peer functions and other Member Platform squads to assess technology impacts, dependencies, and do-ability.
- Work with the Business Product Owners and squads to define, size and plan backlog demand as part of Quarterly Planning and Prioritisation cadence.
- Pro-actively engage to create, prioritise, maintain, and manage backlog within the B2B & Public Website portfolio, showcasing scrum mastery and management of agile ceremonies.
- Utilise consistent agile practices across the portfolio to help shift the team from delivering technical outcomes to business value.
- Own the delivery of technology change within B2B portals & Public Website ensuring that it meets business & operational requirements, cost and quality expectations.
- Partner closely with the other Member Platforms Delivery Managers, broader Technology Project Managers and Operational Managers across Technology Services to manage technology delivery of multiple initiatives, in alignment with broader Technology Services priorities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across the wider Member Platforms Technology portfolios and Technology Services team Partner and build relationships with vendors & service providers to enable delivery at scale whilst identifying efficiencies and optimising ways of working

**What you'll need**:

- Facilitate resolution of any technology risks/issues between initiatives within the B2B & Public Website portfolio, with support from the Member Platforms Senior Managers
- Deliver technology change and ensure that it meets business requirements and cost & quality expectations
- Own, manage and define the specific technology uplift enhancements against the reserved squad capacity
- Ensure high level of business satisfaction as part of the delivery of platform capability
- Drive and maintain day to day platform management activities including but not limited to; governance, status reporting, quality and release management oversight, stakeholder management, vendor management, integration management, risks, issues & dependencies management.
- Drive evidence based, pragmatic decision making - through the selection of appropriate and simple reports and metrics that provide solid data for informed decision making, such as business strategy alignment, cost/benefit, and cost/quality/risk. Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Technology Services and business departments.
