Leadership Platform Delivery Director
Job Description
This leadership position oversees the strategic platform's portfolio, ensuring delivery and operations of a critical platform. The role serves as an influential position within the Member Platforms team and Technology domains.
The successful candidate will lead multiple concurrent project streams, oversee a large team, and ensure the platform operates at its optimum level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Nurture relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Drive engagement and support vendors and service integration partners to deliver complex projects in a continuous release cadence.
- Partner with business stakeholders to co-design the Agent Tools roadmap and strategy.
- Champion business demands ensuring highest business value through scalable solutions.
- Manage platform build, maintenance activities, operational stability, capacity management, systems monitoring, and product licenses.
- Define metrics to measure and improve delivery efficiencies.
- Provide day-to-day support to direct reports and broader Service Delivery partner resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience as a senior delivery manager in a complex organisation, strong experience working with agile frameworks within cross-functional projects, proven ability to work under pressure, setting priorities and meeting timeframes, developed stakeholder relationship skills and advanced communication skills, relevant business or technology tertiary qualifications.
