Seeking for an experienced Administrator to join a Government department in Perth CBD

**Your new company**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a State Government department in Perth CBD. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 6-month temporary contract.

**Your new role**
- Responds to a wide range of enquiries and ensures the provision of a high quality customer information service
- Coordinates and prepares documentation, correspondence and the publication of reports
- Prepares agenda for Ministerial briefings
- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Assists planning staff in planning administration operations of the office and trains new staff in the operation of statutory support and administrative systems
- Researches historical information and prepares correspondence as required
- Undertakes other duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong computer skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
