**We are seeking a Planning Officer to join our team This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our Port Hedland Head Office, or Belmont office.**

**About the Opportunity**:
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly motivated **Planning Officer** to become a key member of our Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient management of workforce labour requirements. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Coordinate and allocate workforce resources for shutdowns and project work
- Maintain systems, personnel rosters, and crew databases
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth work schedules and labour planning
- Management of labour hire workflows
- Labour forecasting
- Track and report on workforce data daily, weekly, and monthly
- Leave balance management
- Payroll and Invoicing approvals

**To be successful for this role you must possess the following**:

- 2+ years of experience in the resources sector, particularly in planning, recruitment, mobilisation, or site administration is desirable, but not required
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
