An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Coordinator to our dynamic and innovative business.
Summary of the role:
The Sales Coordinator provides critical internal support to the sales team, with a focus on customers in the window furnishings industry.
Working closely with Regional Sales Managers and key internal stakeholders, this role ensures efficient execution of sales processes and customer requirements, providing pre-sales and ongoing sales process support.
Responsibilities include account management, CRM maintenance, call cycle support, market research, sales reporting, as well as supporting and responding to customer inquiries.
The Sales Coordinator contributes directly to business growth by supporting product sales, enhancing account service, and identifying new opportunities within the existing customer base.

What we are looking for:
1–3 years' experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales support—ideally within the window furnishings, hardware, or building products industries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft NAV or Business Central.
Strong understanding of product categories such as roller blinds, curtain tracks, motorisation, accessories, and components.
