We have an exciting new opportunity for a CFD Marketing Coordinator (ANZ), based in our Barangaroo, Sydney office.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Located in Barangaroo, this role will provide support to the ANZ CFD Marketing Team in the execution of all marketing activities. The CFD marketing Coordinator will also provide ad hoc support to the wider APAC & CA CFD teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on acquisition campaigns for ANZ CFD marketing teams including seasonal campaigns, new product launches and CMC Master Brand activity.
- Provide ad hoc support on campaigns for wider APAC & CA CFD marketing teams as required.
- Work alongside Sydney APAC Marketing Team and agencies to coordinate and communicate webinars/education programs, social media monitoring and other events/sponsorships.
- Work with the in-house digital marketing team, lifecycle marketing team and external agencies to coordinate the execution of earned and paid campaigns.
- Edit and manage website content alongside local and global digital meeting teams to ensure all information is accurate and optimised for relevant market.
- Work with global team based out of UK to manage localisation of global projects as required.
- Develop reporting and monitor performance of activities and campaigns.
- Manage ANZ CFD invoice processing and maintain budget tracking documentation.
- Ensure compliance and relevant legal regulatory requirements are met and followed as required.
- Execute regular marketing administrative tasks such as maintenance of marketing calendar, merchandise / collateral management, reporting, competitor reviews and updates/information sharing to divisions as required.
General responsibilities
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must haves:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in marketing.
- Marketing / Communications degree or equivalent preferred.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral.
- Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment.
- Self-motivated and driven; able to act on own initiatives and accountable for deliverables.
- Experience managing and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
