NightOwl Convenience is excited to offer a Marketing Coordinator position within the marketing team at the NightOwl franchise support office located in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. This is an entry-level marketing communications position within the company best suited to a junior marketer, or recent marketing graduate. You will become part of a team of skilled individuals who enjoy their jobs and the collaboration gained from working together. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:

- Be responsible for the weekly internal communications newsletter
- Assist with franchisee requests for marketing development and assistance, specifically local area marketing.
- Search for, and address, Public Relations opportunities for brand promotion.
- Write articles, blog posts, media releases and text for a range of presentations or platforms.
- Collaborate and assist in the development and delivery of promotional messaging & marketing plans.
- Assist with the creation and management of social media content for brand awareness
- Manage the networks' online presence through third parties such as Google Business Listings.
- Assist to develop promotional material for conferences and events.
- Provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team as required.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral are vital to the success of this position.
- Organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
- Strong PC skills including proficiency of Microsoft Office programs,
- Some graphic design skills and experience with the Adobe suite is required. You will need basic competency with Photoshop and Indesign
