Casual Chef at The Fresh Collective QueenslandDue to continued growth in our events portfolio, The Fresh Collective Brisbane is seeking experienced Casual Chef to join our culinary team.
This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venuesâWaters Edge at Portside Wharf, Riverlife at Kangaroo Point, and Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbaneâdelivering a diverse range of functions and events.
Benefits Fri & Sat - evening shift and Wed & Thu - day shift Casual rate: Mon-Fri at $35.15 p/hr Sat at $42.18 p/hr plus super A friendly and motivated team environment Be part of a growing hospitality group About The Role Able to work across different venues Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality Run your own section in a high-quality café environment Follow standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard About You Certificate 3 in commercial Cookery Excellent communication skills Passionate about Italian food and cooking, and open to learning new skills in the kitchen Valid working rights in Australia About Us The Fresh Collective is a Sydney-based hospitality group operating a portfolio of cafés, restaurants and stores, while also providing catering and event services across iconic venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
