This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venues—Waters Edge at Portside Wharf, Riverlife at Kangaroo Point, and Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane—delivering a diverse range of functions and events.

- Casual rate: Mon-Fri at $35.15 p/hr Sat at $42.18 p/hr plus super

About The Role
- Able to work across different venues
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Run your own section in a high-quality café environment
- Follow standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard
About You
- Certificate 3 in commercial Cookery
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about Italian food and cooking, and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
- Valid working rights in Australia
