**Your new company**

Due to growth and movement within the team, this large and nationally recognised company based in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs is seeking a Scheduler to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. **Your new role**

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of bookings, overseeing end-to-end processes such as receiving and entering client job bookings, assigning team members and assets, vehicle setup and allocation, and providing operational support.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Efficiently managing incoming job bookings by accurately entering client details into the system and ensuring completeness.
- Conducting daily follow-up calls to address inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive communication with clients.
- Matching qualified team members to specific jobs based on skills and requirements, optimising resource allocation.
- Coordinating the allocation of vehicles, equipment, and other assets for each job, facilitating pickup or delivery as needed.
- Monitoring policy adherence, addressing non-compliance promptly, and providing constructive feedback to enhance road crew performance.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ultimately, you'll be someone who is professional, adaptable and reliable. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people. It is essential that you have the following:

- Experience in high volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources, ideally within a blue-collar industry
- Sound administrative skills and computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to be proactive and solution-driven with tasks
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
- Valid Driver's licence
